Good evening,

This week amidst meetings and calls, Myself and other members of The Chickamauga Nation took a trip to the City of Calico Rock. There we were received by the Calico Rock Museum board of directors.

We were able to briefly tour the museum, discuss heritage and compare notes of our independent archeological studies. Later we enjoyed a lunch meeting where we further shared knowledge of Arkansas history, indigenous heritage, and the location of sacred sites and indigenous art across our great state.

We were warmly received by the Calico Rock Museum board as well as the city in general and look forward to future collaboration with them.

The following Saturday, members of the Chickamauga Nation were happy to volunteer at the Belle Museum to help preserve and share the history of the great City of Charleston Arkansas.

The Belle Museum is open every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. so be sure to come visit!

Thank you.
