We have attempted to have meetings with her and the BOC in the past to no avail but don’t intend to stop trying.
Good morning, Senator King,
I was hoping that your office might put in another meeting request with the Governor.
Myself and three other tribal leaders would like an audience with Governor Sanders to express our concerns about the plans to develop Millcreek Mountain for a prison or ICE facility.
We have attempted to have meetings with her and the BOC in the past to no avail but don’t intend to stop trying.
The Governor enjoys the reputation of being native American friendly and this is her opportunity to live up to that image.
I appreciate all that you do for Franklin County and the communities within.
